What do I do if I want to return my item?

If you have simply changed your mind then please arrange recorded delivery via a carrier of choice to the following address:

Returns are at the customers own cost.

How long have I got to return an item?

You can change your mind up to 30 days after purchasing from us, as long as the item is still in a new, unused condition and in its original packaging.

If a return is received in a used condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return, and our customer care team will contact you to arrange return of the product to you, at your own cost.

Warranty Claims

All CRUW suitcases come with a standard 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.

An extended 5-year warranty is available for registered customers. To qualify, customers must register their suitcase within 30 days of delivery. This can be done here.

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repairs.

In the event of a defect covered by the warranty, we will first offer to repair the suitcase, if possible. If a repair is not possible, an identical replacement will be offered. If an identical replacement is not available, store credit for the value of the original damaged case will be issued, which will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Second hand items are not covered by any warranty, regardless of registration.

Warranty is only applicable to orders placed with CRUW directly either via our online store, or direct marketplace stores.

If an item is purchased via any 3rd party seller, your item will not be eligible for any warranty cover.

In the event you need to make a warranty claim, please email us at support@cruwluggage.com with your proof of purchase, a brief description of the issue, along with any accompanying photos or videos.

CRUW reserves the right to modify or discontinue its warranty terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
