Duties & Tax
Almost All Orders within the UK & EU are shipped Duties & Taxes Prepaid - So there is no additional cost to you!
There are some countries where due to carrier restrictions, this unfortunately is not possible - and therefore these costs must be paid by the receiver.
Order Cut-Off Times
The cut-off time for orders placed using the DPD 1-2 Day service is 3pm Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) in order to guarantee same-day dispatch and delivery the following working day (subject to cleared payment).
DPD Next Day orders placed after 3pm, Monday - Friday will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed before 3pm on Fridays should be dispatched the same day, however we cannot guarantee it will be delivered on Saturday.
Weekends:
Orders placed after the 3pm cut-off point on Friday up until 1pm on Sunday will be dispatched on Sunday, for delivery on Monday
Occasionally, things can go wrong and delivery periods may be extended for reasons beyond our control, and we apologise if your parcel hasn’t arrived as expected.
